1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing through Clicket Ticket Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Sales & Optional Experience Packages

‍Clicket Ticket Limited is a ticket reseller. All tickets are sourced from verified sellers and guaranteed to be valid for entry. Prices may differ from face value. On select listings, optional game-day experience packages may be available, which can include add-ons such as Toronto Blue Jays merchandise, dining experiences, hotel accommodations, and other game-day extras. Where a package is offered, it will be clearly identified on the listing and pricing will reflect the total package value. Packages are not included with every listing — buyers should review listing details carefully prior to purchase.

3. Ticket Delivery

‍Tickets are delivered via mobile transfer to the email address provided at the time of purchase, within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Buyers must have a compatible device and one of the following to receive their tickets: the MLB Ballpark app, the Ticketmaster app or website (ticketmaster.ca), or the Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager website. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

4. Guarantee

‍Every ticket sold is guaranteed to be valid and grant entry to the specified event. If a ticket fails to grant entry, the buyer will receive a full refund.

5. Refund Policy

‍All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed; or (b) a ticket fails to grant entry. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. No refunds for buyer's remorse, duplicate purchases, or failure to attend.

6. Prohibited Use

‍Tickets and packages are for personal use only. Reselling items purchased from Clicket Ticket Limited without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

‍Clicket Ticket Limited is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with attending an event.

8. Governing Law

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
